- Was tight with money and skipped over raises multiple times in a row - Many promises made and not really kept, lots of Rah Rah type communication - High Stress environment but lots of inefficiencies in process that made it worse than it needed to be - Little bit back stabby if you end up in the wrong team

Spent more time formatting excel documents and creating dashboards to their liking. Actual data science or machine learning (besides simple A/B testing) was limited and even discouraged. I really wish I listened to an interview comment on here from a couple years back which referred to someone here as “a jerk” - I’ll second that understatement. This place can easily derail your career. Also, read up on their financial situation and ask about history of layoffs/terms.
