      They truly care about their employees, and put their money where their mouth is when it comes to their commitment to contribute to the communities that they work in.

      Cons

      At 10 years, they are still struggling to make the transition from a start-up to a mature company.

      Large enough to have opportunities to advance, small enough for one person to be able to make a difference.

      Cons

      Management from the top down for engineering can be disorganized and as a result people frequently end up with excessive workloads leading to burnout.

      Pros

      The leadership is very smart, highly skilled and very approachable. HR will drop everything to help you, and really cares about every single employee here. They are growing fast, and acquiring really talented companies and only getting bigger/better. They hire very good people who you want to work hard for. It's a great place to develop your career - they really promote and recognize and pay well.

      Cons

      Everyone works very fast and furious. The corporate office feels like this amazing think-tank when you visit there, and you know they are all so busy (but still take time to ask you about your sick kid). The systems need to catch up with the growth, but they are working hard on that.
