- Great team members
- Laid back management
- Understanding & reasonable managers
- Community within my team, but lacks throughout the company as a whole
Cons
- High volume work load
- Unrealistic deadlines
- Dates constantly shifting
- Lack of consistent onboarding training
- Unrealistic expectations in some aspects
You make a lot of product, even if most products get canned or put on indefinite hiatus. So you’ll still take away a decent amount of knowledge of the card making process.
Cons
No help from management, lots of scapegoating, unethical decision making, and ultimately no control over project decisions. The only projects you’ll ever truly manage are the fires you’ll be required to put out. If you can’t control budget, resources, schedule, time, or quality, then are you even a project manager?
