-Untapped has growing pains. Everyone is still in the position of wearing multiple hats. I wouldn't say that is necessarily a con but there is always a certain level of ambiguousness to navigate
-Untapped is not a fortune 500, it's still a startup, and we will not achieve these aspirational goals without dedication and focus. That creates pressure. I know I put more pressure on myself in this role then I have in previous roles. Some people thrive in that pressure and others are like "no thanks.."
-It's remote only and there is always issues inherent to that. We do our best to connect with our teams through offsites and virtual events which have helped a lot, but this remote experience is something the company is always trying to improve.
