The first few weeks looked promising and the team lead was genuinely supportive at first. The issue is that almost no one lasts beyond six months.

Cons

- Constant turnover with almost no one lasting beyond six months - No stability, with coworkers already disengaged and planning their exit soon after joining - Management treats ongoing attrition as normal instead of a serious problem - Work environment feels drained because no one expects to stay long term - One person often ends up carrying most of the institutional knowledge due to rapid exits - Exhaustion from repeatedly training new hires who leave before becoming fully functional - Overall sense that the company operates as a temporary stop rather than a stable workplace
