      Cheap Management. Company Should Pay Employees Better.

      Pros

      Employees are good people. They work hard but some bad apples. Company gives lunch on Wednesday. Lucky because OLED phones growing.

      Cons

      Management treats employees okay to face but cheap and not always respectful. Pays themselves very big bonuses but small bonuses to the working people. We work hard and they get more rich. Not good not happy not fair.

      This company is driven to develop the best OLED materials possible. There is no BS politics - just people working to do the best job they can. Generous bonuses are paid each year.

      Expectations of employee performance are very high
