Trust from the owners in the work I’m doing in my current role is also important. Finally, I’m regularly being asked about resources or tools that could improve not only my work but the business’s overall performance.

Unity Developers are a super innovative company who work with a lot of up and coming tech and have a long list of successes. Being an SME they are incredibly agile and deal with issues a lot quicker than most. They value flexibility, work life balance and open, honest communication above all else.
