Pros

Make amazing relationships with the youth you work this

Cons

Literally EVERYTHING else. People in upper management are dishonest, selfish, and truly do not care about the youth they are supposed to be serving. A nonprofit that runs like a for-profit business. Very shady & crooked. People in management positions are uneducated and unintelligent. Turn over is huge...save yourself time & a massive headache- DO NOT apply here.

Pros

My coworkers and I are sincerely dedicated to helping foster teens improve their lives, and a lot of very competent people work here. The pay is fair for most positions, and health insurance starts the first day of employment.

Cons

People are over-worked and under-appreciated. Turnover is huge because firings are quite frequent. Think you have a permanent job here? Think again.
