Pros

Relatively relaxed working environment. Generous amount of paid leave

Cons

- Poor management and disorganized best describe this company. I'm pretty sure those messages about changes bringing in challenges or things are getting better are written from the marketing or HR to counteract those true but negative comments. - Management doesn’t listen to feedback from front office and insists on their own decision without giving a damn to the reality. When things turn out negatively, they just keep pushing the frontline staff like they are not doing their jobs which is absolutely not true. - Pushes to sell services that we don't have resources at all and count on the front office to locate resources on an on-demand basis with zero guidelines whatsoever. Launches tech products that are not finished / broken and leaves many questions unanswered, which has become the practice of the company. - Favors those yes-man and let go of those who dare to say no but give constructive feedback and suggestions, probably because they are paid higher. - Setting unrealistic goals and ends up blaming people for not able to meet those sky-high goals. This has started the blame games vicious cycles, for no one dares to say no to the management and the only thing they can do to protect themselves is pointing fingers to the others. This creates a very toxic culture. - Management keeps changing and the structure is getting clumsier. Unfortunately most of the new management are clueless and the company has to repeatedly making the same mistakes to find out what should be done. - It used to be a company supported by many knowledgeable high performers from top to bottom, they are mostly underappreciated and the toxic environment has either driven them away or turned them into a yes-man. - A lots of M&A which are supposed to diversify the company’s offering. But under such an ineffective leadership, I’m not sure how they can get this company off the ground. it just aggravates the chaotic situation. - They don’t care much about the quality but the high margin or revenue only to make the P/L looks good. Maybe they are getting ready to sell the company. So stay away.

Pros

I loved the nature of my work and everything about the position. I was really good at it and was consistantly being recognized for my accomplishments.

Cons

I was abruptly terminated 2 weeks before Christmas for no reason other than to outsource my position to Ireland for tax break purposes. I was the lone provider for a family of 5 and worked for this company for almost 5 years and this is how they treated me. I am not the only one to experience this cold approach to the treatment of employees.
