Pros
Some of the best training and support I have ever found in the Insurance Industry. Freed lead program with pre-set appointments is hard to beat. Open door policy to senior management is just fantastic.
Cons
In a perfect world nothing is perfect. I have found very little, if anything, wrong with UIG.

Great Compensations, Good Work life balance, provides very informative continuing education and trainings, Unlimited growth opportunities, Management is Amazing and that's hard to find. Taheera Shamsid-Deen (District Sales Manager), Zachary Whitaker (Regional Manager) This has actually been a Life changing experience for me, I love it here!!!!

Micro management, want you to take advantage of low income seniors with pushing final expense when they can't even pay the lights. Biggest is they keep your renewals if you don't stay 2 years

Free leads, training, weekly sales meeting , conference calls, a lot of appointments that have been cold called !

NOT SALARY ,Poor management, Commission only , no Local sales manager , no gas reimbursements, or extra benefits or incentives for newly employed agents . THEY OWN All of your Business and your paying weekly for it even though they tell you your not!
