      No A/C "can get up yo 110 degrees inside" Overtime depends on work load Pay is not great..

      they have many different departments.

      Cons

      they have people working the slowest machine and a person running up to 6 fast machines.. both people get paid the same, because they dont see the value in hard working individuals. unless you make friends with the boss
