Cons
Although it is a highly talented group of people who had worked in other popular companies, I think they specially value the style of consulting and it's with so biased. If you don't fit in with the company culture, you have no choice but to quit.

- One of the best companies I've worked for - Best in class technology within symptom checker AI space - Really smart colleagues, highly collaborative - no egos - I'd say the above applies to leadership too - Autonomous decision making and fast failure is encouraged - Flexible and trust-based working conditions
Cons
Usual startup stuff. Global expansion is in its early stage so some systems are being ironed out. Good for individuals who enjoy influencing this process, not so much for individuals who enjoy well-set structure.
