Trust from CEO. He wants you to succeed and he pushes you to your potential. A great learning experience so far. Results are expected but you are accountable and responsible to make things happen. Ideas are most welcome here and so is proactiveness. Work hard and get rewarded for your efforts.

Not your traditional company setup. Don't expect a regular 9 to 5.
