Pros
Great cause, great location, great staff.
Cons
Senior management is abusive, staff morale is low. Everything they manage to do is in spite of leadership. There is no HR, policies change at a whim and are applied to staff members unfairly, based on the personal feelings of the ED. Low pay, you are expected to work over 40 hours every week as a rule, burnout is high.
