Pros

Depends on the manger of each store, but if you have a good manager and team, everything else flows. Amazing benefits, free mobile plans, mostly free broadband plans, discounted accessories, health insurance, good maternity leave.

Cons

Base pay is very low, just above minimum wage. But can get $1,000+ commission per month if you're in a larger store. Can get repetitive and boring. You're always targetting new customers so it can play on your conscience slightly, but depends how your manager is with KPIs.

Pros

Great food options local to head office

Cons

A massive change in culture since being acquired by Vocus. Previously was a great team environment where everyone pulled together to deliver what is best for customer and company. Now, it's very much an old boys club of ex-vocus staff where the business and customers come second to egos and self interest. A shame to see
