      I've been with TutorABC for 3 months now, and I must say that one of the standout features of this organization is its outstanding customer service. Whenever I've had inquiries—whether they're related to my work, benefits, or even needing clarification on company policies—the support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. The representatives are not just knowledgeable; they genuinely care about resolving any issues I face. They take the time to listen to my concerns and provide thoughtful solutions, which has made my experience here much more enjoyable and stress-free. I appreciate the continuous support from the customer service team and feel valued as an employee. It's reassuring to know that I have a reliable team to turn to if I face any challenges.

      The number of classes per day varies, which can sometimes lead to unpredictability in scheduling.

      Do yourself a favour…don’t bother applying!

      Good platform (thanks to former IT who has since left due to the unethical behaviour of management)

      Cons

      Low wages/constant training classes (very poor training) that are compulsory and you are not paid for/ unprincipled behaviour on the part of management/bullying of employees…to mention just a few.
