High turnover reflects management disconnect and stagnation

They organized awesome much needed staff meeting in person spaces.

Cons

The disconnect even between management. The turnover rate is high. That speaks to a management disconnect. I would not recommend right now. The comments on the organization read the same for atleast 4 years.

Drama, not valued, staff are work horses and treated as such, for a victim centered place, they aren’t victim centered.
