Pros
Tulips and Maple is a fine catering company owned by browns food. They have a relatively small staff, it's truly a family. The food is amazing. Their prices despite being on the higher end, it's worth every penny. They catered the three amigos dinner at the natonal gallery, serving the likes of Trudeau and OBama. They treat their staff fairly, have excellent managers and overall is a great company to work for.
Cons
They can be a bit disorganized but none the less their execution is flawless every time.
