There is absolutely no communication between HR Department and employees, they only delay addressing issues. When problems become unsolvable, they blame employees for being irresponsible. I understand that the company has its own processes, but superiors do not clarify their expectations upfront, yet demand employees handle tasks. In the end, employees are blamed for not following the company’s procedures and no explanations are ever accepted. The Accounting Department speaks in a harsh and sarcastic manner, nitpicks over minor issues, and loudly reprimands employees for small mistakes. In the meantime, they only push for results without considering that tasks require time. Working here will makes you thoroughly uncomfortable.
