      * Great Work-Life Balance * Amazing Manager * Leadership That Actually Cares * Transparent and Honest Communication * Competitive Pay * You Are a Person First, Employee Second * The Best Work Culture I Have Ever Experienced!

      Cons

      The only cons I can think of is I wish we had a little more PTO. But with the flexibility offered, it works out! And because it is a fairly small company, career advancement opportunities are few but people are promoted from within often and you are given many opportunities to expand your skills and grow within your position.

      Collaborative, diverse and team-centric company that offers flexibility of remote work and interesting, challenging work with clients from all over the country. My work life balance has never been this positive.

      Cons

      I honestly cannot think of a con for working with Trupp.

      Pros

      Great company culture that truly values its employees. The leadership team goes out of its way to ensure employees feel respected and that their voice is heard.

      Cons

      Smaller company means wearing several hats. If you enjoy working on multiple projects and context switching often, this might not be a con.
