Truex Metier is an incredible place to work. It offers employees the opportunity to build a real business and career.

Cons

I don't think there are many cons, it's a less structured environment, so if you're a person that needs heavy structure, you might find that a bit more challenging.

Fast paced, some autonomy, informal atmosphere, some good people.

Cons

Very competitive. The structure allows for success if you can quickly bring on your own clients as this allows control on making placements and establishing relationships/communication with clients and candidates. Training is pretty scattered and policies are always changing.
