Pros
New everything, decent work environment, young team avg age 21-25 years. Most work happens in uncharted territories, Challenging roles most of the time people know what they want but not how it's done so you will learn a lot.
Cons
Lack of proper management structure, lacking infrastructure but can we overlooked as it's a startup. No proper canteen for lunch nearby or in the office building. You will have to shell out meal money from your pocket or bring your own. Note: Take into account while negotiating compensation 6 days working @ minimum 9 hrs/day approximately, which the HR comfortably fails to mention. So do a income per hour calculation if you have economic constraints.
