1. good tech stack 2. encourage to have new tech and proposals
Cons
1. very poor remuneration 2. poor evaluation as a result every year employee leaves the company 3. not inclusive culture at all. specially thai employees are not inclusive at all. 4. NO non-thai employee is in a higher position i.e. no non-thai team leader, qa leader, or architect position. 5. Non thai employee are not even allowed to take participate in the interview process.
