The people at Truelook are good and everyone is so friendly.

Cons

Growing and innovating too fast. Just laid off a chuck of the sales force who mostly hadn’t been there for longer than 8 months. How can you celebrate breaking records and growing fast by laying off or “down sizing” your sales force. They wild blind side you with a layoff and that’s not a company that can be trusted.
