The biggest concern is that corporate does not care about you. You could be there 10 years and they don’t care to retain. They never promote within so you are always stuck with a supervisor that does not know the systems or procedures. They set you up to fail, wait for you to fail, then quickly replace you. Instead of just supporting and training. Some places I know everyone gets overwhelmed and it just becomes a circus. But oddly, after working many years with this company, it seems they almost go out of their way to make sure that everything fails. I know that doesn’t make sense, but I don’t know how else to explain it. Guess this is my fault for staying with such a mismanaged company

Pros
The company continues to grow each year. They offer great benefits and most recently upgraded a few benefits. Great place to advance your career if you put in the time and effort as one would expect. Surrounded by incredibly intelligent individuals and mentors to learn and grow from. Flexibility is offered to allow for work life balance. Flex/Hybrid schedules and general understanding when things come up i.e. doc appointments, kids activities, etc.
Cons
Historically slow to make impactful changes and compensation is on the lower end of market range for many roles.
