Pros
A few local leaders genuinely care about people and development. From what I hear Aquafine team seems to be one of the only areas where employees actually feel supported.
Cons
Operations gets treated like the backbone of the company when results are needed, but completely forgotten when it comes to support, recognition, or investment. The workload is nonstop and expectations are unrealistic. As someone else said culture is extremely political and essentially fear based. People are scared to speak up, make mistakes, or even ask questions because leadership relies on pressure and intimidation to get results. Very little appreciation for the people actually keeping the place running. Other departments get the fun events, recognition, and visibility. Although, In exchange for your mental wellbeing they’ll give you a food truck ;)
