      - The people are great for the most part - Left alone to work if you prove you can learn things

      Cons

      - Office employees are treated much better(higher pay, paid for company lunches almost every day, can work from home) - Projects not managed well, many departments do not communicate with each other which can lead to delays in shipping product

      - Common to have parts shortages - Departments have little to no communication - Constantly changing schedule of priority(changes many times per day) - Incorrect parts lists leading to delays
