Supportive culture but lacks long-term stability

Pros

TripleTen provides a supportive and collaborative remote work environment with meaningful opportunities to help students succeed in their career transitions. The role allowed me to strengthen my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while working with diverse teams and tools. I appreciated the mission-driven culture, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a positive impact on graduates throughout their job search journey.

Cons

While the work itself was meaningful, the role lacked long-term stability, and organizational changes resulted in unexpected layoffs. There were also times when support and communication from higher management could have been stronger, particularly during periods of transition and uncertainty.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with frequent process changes that can sometimes create ambiguity and require constant prioritization and adaptability.
