Willing to work with you when you have to deal with family emergencies. PTO accrues pretty quickly. The staff is great

Cons

lack of communication lower pay in the area management does not really hear employees out in a lot of departments

Cons

Management does not help much with needs of the clinics, only what is absolutely needed. Most doctors see pts every 15 minutes, very busy.
