The leadership team genuinely supports their people — not just with words, but with real resources, training, and trust to do your job well. There's a strong culture of accountability and teamwork, and you can tell the company actually cares about both its residents and its employees. No two days look the same, which keeps things exciting, and when you have a good team behind you, even the tough days are manageable. If you're looking for a property management company where your work matters and your growth is supported, Trinity is it.

      Toxic Gossiping and No Support

      Pros

      - renewal bonuses - there are clear SOPs

      Cons

      - no support - non-comprehensive benefits package - going in the direction of understaffed offices by "centralizing" positions to the overall detriment of operations. - you can work 60h a week, and it still won't be enough - toxic gossiping
