Pros

Most non-management team members are congenial, hard working team players. When done correctly, the work is exciting and always challenging.

Cons

Way too much kool-aid drinking with predictable sshunning if you refuse to imbibe. Trinity’s focus on culture is a smokescreen to draw attention away from underwhelming compensation. My new employer is paying me the same salary I️t took 6 years to achieve at Trinity! And I was considered a “Subject Matter Expert”.

Pros

Incredible work / life balance. A true TEAM environment. You are an employee (actually, an OWNER), not a number. Most incredible benefits package that I have ever seen an employer offer. Company culture is all about TEAM and FAMILY.

Cons

A longer drive to work than I hoped for, but that's IT. :) Oh...and I might gain some weight with all the food days we have. :)

Favoritism and hidden agendas

Pros

Well known in the industry, pays carriers on time, lots of room to try different things. Community service focused. Always working on better tech. Offices Across the country you can transfer to

Cons

Management chooses their favorites and makes All decisions based on how those people view things. Everything has a hidden agenda from the advice you get from your manager to the job openings. Don't bother applying for a new Job because they already picked the winner before Posting it. They talk a great game for Culture but that's only to Sucker you in to make them more money. Give the minions something to believe in! Even the community service is rigged to make them look better in the public -they direct the money to the hospital friends of theirs and hardly Any of the leaders spend real Time in the foundation work but they glorify it after the worker bees put in all the unpaid time for the cause. They maneuver people and situations and have a crazy high turnover rate! Sad thing is they believe their own hype and ignore reviews like this as "sour grapes" hiding true intention behind their top workplace award. They employ leaders without morals and zero people skills who lie to your face and put them on a pedestal as an example of "servant leadership".

Thank you for your feedback. It's unfortunate that you did not have the opportunity to participate in our Foundation. Our Foundation Board is made up of employees that volunteer their time. This was done intentionally so that Leadership has no say in where the funds that are raised will be donated. Our Team is very passionate about many causes & it was important that we allowed their passions to be supported, not specifically those of Leadership. If you attend any of events, you will always see the CEO in attendance along with many of the leaders. In regards to the culture- we work very hard to maintain a culture built upon strong ethics. If you feel we did not live up to your expectations there were several different opportunities to share your feedback via the two anonymous surveys that are conducted each year, speaking with a member of our Team Services/HR department, speaking with your Team Lead/Manager or speak with our CEO directly - his door is always open and he welcomes any type of feedback. Trinity has always been about the Team and will always continue to be about our Team, which is why we recently became a ESOP - Employee Owned Company. This allows our Team to take a VERY active role in the decisions and future of "their" company. Again, thanks for your feedback. We are always appreciate of any feedback and will share this with management and make improvements where we feel necessary.
