- Toxic manager, doing partiality with some of his selective candidates - Senior team members and team leads are treating the new joinee as their slave - Some senior members of the team expects the new joinees to get the KT within one day and they will tell you find by yourself if you blocked on any issue or module - Team work is myth here in the organisation
