Pros
1) Nothing. 2) Only hard work no appreciation. 3) Saturday Sunday is officially of but always open. 4) Each Friday after 3-4 o'clock they get task and need to complete it till morning or Monday . 5) No water in washroom. 6) No hot water in winters. 7) If you are staying late night in office foods/cab invoice will be remberce but up to 200 on food and there is no any hotel that deliver any order under 200. 8) sometimes while rebersment of money you need to fight with management. 9) Boss are behaving like they are always right. 10) increment is done only 5-10% (being a small company comparing with some big companies in case of increment even they don't have infra and facility like other companies people who are working in big comp. They have lots of facility so they compromise with increment). 11) from some sources just got total 12-15 people resign from their position in 2018-2019. 12) senior's are not that much helpful. May be or not but they didn't have that much knowledge or else they want to impress boss. 13) There is so many technology to explore but they only working on mfp ibm mobile first jquery mobile. 14) Management is worst. 15) due to less time ending it here will continue sometime else.
