Supervisors are old school; because they had to work hard they expect people younger than them to do all the hard work. Newer recruitment if young get overworked; if 40+ easy jobs all day.
Training is very hard to come by unless you're a favourite of said supervisors.
Older people get leniency in regards to cigarette breaks. Supervisors also pretty much expect you to get your training right the first time and if you mess up they'll take you off it and never seem to give you another chance.
Diesel vehicles inside of a warehouse that produce a significant amount of fumes.
Unrealistic goals get set for cleanliness when the company never supply enough equipment for said cleaning duties and then complain when items such as brooms break / are no longer functional.
Older supervisors are dreadful; also, if you're foreign (I'm not) there are plenty of Xenophobic comments that also carry on to work. I.e, we have an Irish guy that is always cleaning because the supervisor don't like him (pretty much just because hes Irish, good hard worker) and therefore doesn't get trained on anything else
Too much unfairness
