Pros
Absolutely nothing. Lunch break is a nice 30 mins of joy.
Cons
Horrible management and people are not taught properly how to do tasks. They just tell you to do things with no regard for wanting to see other people succeed or wanting to teach the job itself. People at the front desk are definitely on a power trip. Every news comes as a surprise to everyone, everything is spontaneous bad news for the workers on the floor.

9/80 work week Work was easy. Recruitment and onboarding was decent and HR lady was professional and nice. Solder school lady was professional and super nice.
Cons
A lot of people who have been working there for years are bullies. Management covers for those people. It’s like high school for the elders.
