Hmmm, Friday's off at 1pm but believe only so the owner of the company can be there by herself and go through either the employees desks, emails or watch past days activities on camera. Oh and maybe because she has no other life (as in friends).
Cons
This place is ruled by a dictator, if you ever question a business decision made by the owner (or one of her few minions that worship the ground she walks on just for fear of being eliminated); be prepared for constant ridicule and backstabbing going forward. Owner likes to hire uneducated, limited experience if any, and young personnel who will not question her decisions. Operations manager and owner spend most of their day talking about others in the company. Many meetings with nothing getting done because owner says one thing at meeting and then changes her mind after all the work is completed.
