      innovative, resourceful wide product range while most are very competitive

      Pros

      They are a small business unit that is part of a massive international organization. There are a few good people there, though they are not as good as they were when they started.

      Cons

      There is a terribly political climate there that either corrupts or chases off good people. The Managing Director is a wicked person with a great smile and charming personality. He encourages internal competition and will cast you aside on a whim.

      Process time and respond time can take weeks and sometimes pissed off the customer which reflect very badly on the company.
