I love the focus on open source and the company's culture: the focus on bottom up is great for those who seek this kind of impact. Also, great to be part of a fast growing startup!
Cons
Bottom-up approach might not be for everyone: it means actively seeking context and making decisions that sometime feel "above your pay grade".

Pros
The culture is amazing, inclusive and provides room for self expression. Bottom up approach in a small startup, you feel like you actually make an impact on the product. A product that really makes a difference in the world and with an OSS offering, you get immediate feedbcak on your work, which is very statisfying. Excellent people, personally and professionally! You actually get to work from anywhere - none of that hybrid (3-4 times in the office) nonsese.
Cons
Moving as fast as possible while mainaining quality is not easy and may cause friction at times. No bonuses or any other corporate benefits. Normal risks of working on a small startup - instability, job insecurity, rapid changes
