Fulltime job with benefits available
Cons
The company is very cheap to its employees. Not a positive place to work. No room for advancment and management is not professional. No one cares. Employees have every minute tracked. No lunch room. Very small work area. Management looks over your shoulder constantly. benefits available but expensive to employees. Not the ERC i was expecting. Skip this interview.

stable job. very flexible. family oriented. It is a great stepping stone for most people to learn skills, so much so that the negatives are outweighed because of it. This company is so big because of it's parent company, which is why they are able to have the stability they have.
Cons
office drama. Mild racism under the guise of being "open". Sometimes there is very obvious favouritism and it sometimes feels a little bit like high school. Minimal raises. Benefits package is expensive.
