Great offer but disorganization and long hours hinder growth

Good offer if you are an external hire; Annual increase & bonuses based on performance and company's profit; Morning shift majority of accounts

Cons

Very disorganized; Company is not investing in tools/automation; A lot of manual and administrative tasks that are inefficient and very exhausting; No career growth; Long hours; HMO upon regularization, 1 free dependent only; No free parking given the location is Mckinley. You will have to park at the mall and the parking costs daily is very high!
