Pros

Nice working environment, really love my work. My team are so supportive and friendly, I even got reached out by seniors in the team when joining. Colleagues are incredibly supportive, friendly, and understanding. I have never had that experience in my previous company! I also feel my manager is always willing to help whenever I ask. Everyone is happy to work here which is how it should be. Nothing fake here. Concerning salary, I am very satisfied with pay, it's higher than the market rate. Just love it all.
