Job too reliant on approval process! Corporate Management were snakes, HR Executive Management especially. Working level HR staff were great! Corporate minions seen all the time sneaking around. They need to get a clue. The working level staff know what you're up too.

Japanese culture tends to "slow down" all the processes. Too many levels of approvals to get things done in a timely fashion. Every job has "ALOT" of manual work because there isn't a good computer system in place tracking all the data. Way behind on keeping up with technology.
