      Pros

      Good company to start out with. Will retain employees.

      Cons

      Benefits Lacking. 401K match low. Yearly bonuses might as well not exist, just a few hundred dollars, where other companies provide much more.

      Pros

      1) Great management 2) Challenging work 3) Ingenuity and hard work are rewarded 4) Get to work and design for different OEMs is a big plus. 5) If you have a pro-active mindset it is the right company to work for.

      Cons

      Company takes very safe and conservative approach to alternative engineering solutions, sometimes arriving to conclusions at an undesired slower pace.
