Low break times. They prefer you save your bathroom breaks for when you go on one of your breaks but then turn around and write you up for taking 2 minutes longer on a lunch cause you had to use the bathroom before returning to the line. They give you NO NOTICE on when you have to say for a 12 hour shift. They will walk up to you 30 minutes before you get off work and tell you you have to stay till 7. NO EXCUSES.. they don't care that your kids have to be picked up, or your kids will be locked out of the house till 7pm in the middle of winter. OH and Don't forget the write ups cause you get ICED in on your road and cant drive in to work. They treat their employess like children and monitor everything they do down to how long they take to take trash and rejects down to their spot.
