Low pay scale No raises *WILL PAY NEW TECHS WITH LESS EXPERIENCE $3-$10 MORE PER HOUR THAN LOYAL, LONG TIME EMPLOYEES* This company has bad habit of not giving raises, some techs haven't received raisies in 10-20 years. TGH is now in 100% ownership of Tower (formerly) now 'TGH Imaging- Powered by Tower' Raises for current employees was a complete joke.
