I have been working in torque technologies from past 6 years now, this is a fantastic place to work the leadership and team truly cares about employees.worklife balance is generally well respected.

None that significantly impact the overall experience.

The company is a joke. I dont find any.
Cons
They hire people from all around the world and then break up their contracts while in the probation period. make the people leave their stable jobs, their home countries and then they just don't commit to their contract. They don't have a long-term project, so never leave your permanent job for this company. Micro management. No proper office space. Now this is part of Ultra Group AB - never join this either.
