Remote work and 9-5 weekday schedule!
Cons
Training is a week or less, Leads are mostly uninsured, management is non existent until it's time to discipline or reprimand, No structure - Outside of SOP's, They do not give you time to get acclimated and after one coaching or discussion about performance or not hitting the sales goal for the month you are let go immediately!

Nothing the customer service manager plays favorites she doesn’t support her team throws you on the phone after 2 weeks
Cons
Terrible training only 2 weeks long hires anyone that has a beating heart Terrible with supporting the insurance professionals taking the calls the leadership team are on all different pages
