      Pros

      Boss is a good person , but some of the teammate or your the group are lack of creatives and manage experience , the working hours daily are really long sometimes , will more than expect ~

      Cons

      Salary a bit more than average , and good news for you if you pets , cos Boss is a nice guy that he will save pets from abandoned .

      Full kitchen available to use, some group outings such as movies during work hours on opening day, decent medical benefits available

      Cons

      No clear vision for the company or departmentally. Managers come and go as they please, no accountability for work done. Have to jump through hoops to be a part of a non existent team. Rules aren't the same for eveyone. Impossible to move up and horrible pay scale. Management is a joke, products and site itself receive terrible traffic and are not sustainable.

      Pros

      Palo Alto based company, lax office environment, no one checks up on when you come in, lots of sick days you can take

      Cons

      The traffic on the site is way down, very few advertisers, sketchy content make Topix a place that won't be around much longer. It's a great place to get a pay check and hardly work for it. Absentee leadership, no vision for the future, seems like they are hoping for someone to buy them out,
