      Able to learn many brand new tactics and systems, and new dimension of looking at things; have chances in deeply understand how to setup processes and procedures.

      Cons

      New systems and situations are introduced frequently, chances to find many solutions on your own, but take times to understand, is like shooting for moving targets, good place to grow but need extra hard to achieve results and get rewards.
