Pros

I have worked for Together for over ten years, which should speak volumes on its own. I have seen the business grow and grow over that time and I can’t stress enough how exciting this company is to work for. There are a range of benefits such as use of the company motor homes, holiday villas and fun days. There is the excellent bonus system, where it is achievable to get a good annual bonus. People are encouraged to develop and progress, moving either sideways or upward.

Cons

The car parking is a known issue (but the company acknowledges this and have tried to take different steps to improve this). The don’t support hybrid working, The company contribution to the workplace pension is low

Thank you for your comments. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your time at Together. If you have concerns about the way that HR conducted a process then you can raise that with a member of the department that wasn't involved including the Chief People Officer, or another senior manager/Executive at Together or through using the grievance/Whistleblowing process. Defined processes are followed and they are supported by managers from the business who conduct both investigations and any formal hearings - HR are not the decision makers in these matters. Given you have described yourself as a former employee I would like to wish you all the best for your future career.
